For ambitious junior athletes (12+) and data-driven adults

Stop guessing. Know exactly what to train, protect, and improve.

A Physio-led performance assessment with 3D motion capture, force plates + strength testing - turning results into clear next steps.

  • Find the “gaps” (asymmetry, control, strength deficits) before they become setbacks
  • Uncover contributing factors to injury, not just more symptoms
  • Get a clear priority list (what to train first for the biggest return)
  • Track progress with re-testing so improvement is measurable

Is this for me?

Pick your path

Common concerns

Is my child ready for higher loads, trials, or squads?
Are we missing something in their development?
How do we prevent injuries while increasing training intensity?

What you'll gain

Clear data on your child's physical readiness for higher performance demands
Targeted training recommendations based on objective measurements (Insight & Momentum tiers)
Confidence that you're supporting their athletic development safely
Case Example

16-year-old basketballer preparing for state trials after shin splints*

We measured: Isometric mid-thigh pull strength, countermovement jump force, power, reactive strength index, and movement asymmetries. What changed: After 8 weeks of targeted training, lower-body strength and jump height increased, plyometric ability improved, and asymmetry reduced and they made the squad injury-free. *(Details modified for educational purposes)

Your frustrations

I want numbers, not opinions about my training capacity
I want to train harder and more effectively without constant flare-ups
I'm tired of generic advice that doesn't match my goals

What you'll achieve

Objective data on your strength, power, and movement quality
Evidence-based training recommendations that match your actual capacity (Insight & Momentum tiers)
A clear roadmap to train harder while staying healthy
Case Example

45-year-old runner returning to competition after recurrent Achilles problems*

We measured: Isometric hip strength, isometric calf strength, single-leg hop force, and reactive strength index. What changed: After 12 weeks of rehab, hip strength increased, calf strength increased, hop elasticity improved, asymmetry decreased, and they completed their first half-marathon in 2 years since injury. *(Details modified for educational purposes)

Yes – for most people.

The Performance Protocol is a clinical service and is delivered by AHPRA-registered Physiotherapists, and is billed as a Physiotherapy service. In many cases this is eligible for private health claiming under physiotherapy.
Because every fund and policy is different, we recommend checking your individual cover with your health fund.

No. The Performance Protocol is designed for anyone who values data and wants to move or perform better – from junior athletes and school sport participants to active adults, weekend warriors and recreational athletes. We believe everyone should benefit from advanced Physiotherapy with access to the same high-level clinical technology.
We tailor the assessment to your age, sport, and current level of activity.

No. The Performance Protocol focuses on assessment, education and guidance.
If you have pain, a recent injury, or a condition that requires ongoing management, or more complex needs, a standard physiotherapy consultation or treatment plan may be more appropriate. Your physiotherapist can advise you if a different approach is recommended.

If after intake we think this isn’t the right fit or suitable, we convert to a standard Physiotherapy consult and adjust the fee.

All assessments are performed by an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)-registered Physiotherapist

Typically, Yes. All assessments are led by an AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist and are adapted to the person’s age and ability.

The Performance Protocol is not suitable for people with an acute injury (within 2 weeks), post-operative recovery (< 6 weeks), dizziness/vertigo, or a severe pain flare. In those situations, a standard Physiotherapy consultation or medical review is recommended instead.

Yes. Minimum age for Performance Protocol sessions is 12 years old. Parent/guardian consent and adult appointment accompaniment is required for minors under 18 years old.

Most in-person appointments run for up to 60 minutes, including setup, and assessment movement checks (including clinical technology)

  • Foundation tier: data summary is typically emailed within 48 hours.
  • Insight & Momentum*: structured reports are typically sent within 7 days.

*For Momentum packages, the Telehealth check-in (30mins) is usually booked within 4 weeks of your initial assessment.

The Performance Protocol is a prepaid clinical service and is not a gift voucher.

To ensure timely delivery and appropriate preparation:

  • The initial in-clinic assessment must be booked within 30 days of purchase (upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email from us with 24-48hrs to arrange a time for your in-clinic assessment)
  • All included components of the chosen tier must be completed within 12 weeks of the initial assessment

If you’re unable to book within this timeframe due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us - we’re happy to help where possible.

We do understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your Performance Protocol booking, we simply require 24 hours’ notice.

This helps us manage room setup, equipment, preparation, and waitlists fairly.

All Performance Protocol tiers begin with an in-person Physiotherapy appointment (with clinical technology).
If this session is cancelled late or missed, we are unable to complete any part of your chosen package.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice → free reschedule or full refund
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice → a 50% cancellation fee applies
  • No-show to appointment → full (100%) cancellation fee applies
  • Note: If your Physiotherapist determines the Performance Protocol isn’t suitable that after review of your intake forms or on that day, we’ll convert to a standard physiotherapy consult (initial consult) and adjust the fee accordingly
  • Medical or exceptional circumstances are always handled with understanding
  • No refunds available once in-person appointment has occurred

NB: if you purchase a Momentum tier and do not attend, a brief Telehealth consultation may still be delivered at the discretion of your Physiotherapist (post the planned initial appointment date within the standard  package timeline) to discuss your ongoing needs

If you choose the Insight or Momentum tiers, you’ll have 7 days of email access for brief questions and clarification about your results.
This is ideal for checking your understanding or asking short follow-up questions. It doesn’t replace a full consultation – if you need more detailed advice or treatment, we can help you book the most appropriate appointment. Note: Foundation tier packages do not include email access
