At Technology Physio we understand that life can get busy and unforeseen circumstances arise. We also appreciate that from time to time emergencies occur and plans change suddenly.

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations for standard physiotherapy appointments (24hrs for Performance Protocol appointments). This allows us to offer your changed appointment to someone else on our waitlist. .

Please note, appointments cancelled with less the above notice, or on the day of appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment/package price. Our 'No Show' policy is that failure to arrive at a scheduled appointment with no prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment/package fee.

You are able to change/reschedule or, cancel standard physiotherapy appointments directly in the booking confirmation email you will have received at the time of booking. For Performance Protocol appointments, please contact the clinic directly.
